2019’s Best & Worst Cities for People with Disabilities

Wallethub is an Internet-based service providing information on credit cards, loans, and other financial concerns. Michale Schwartz was asked to provide responses to a number of questions about disability in his capacity as expert in the area of disability law. A central question concerned the top five indicators of a "best city" for people with disabilities. In addition to providing Wallethub with his written answers to their four questions, he recorded a 29-second video of my response outlining the top five indicators.
